Consulting before buying a software product
Consulting to computerise a company

This service is applicable if your organisation or company is thinking about buying a new software product and you don’t know the options that exist in the market, or you don’t know if your favoured product complies with all your requirements.

As in the previous case, the service consists of an analysis of requirements and a market research of offers in order to find the best option to solve all the computing needs of a company.
It basically consists of: Consulting about development tools

1. Establishing all the needs that you want to solve with this new product. In order to clarify all the requirements that the new product has to match, you will need to give us all the information about it and, if necessary, attend some analysis meetings.

This service consists of giving temporary support to computer/MIS departments or professionals that use a software development tool or that are planning to use it.
  Software projects analysis
2. Carrying out a market research looking for all the solutions available. Contacting the retailers or manufacturers of these solutions in order to know the features, technologies and prices of products.

In some cases in which it is not possible to find a product that performs all the functions that your company requires, it will be necessary to think about the possibility of developing your own product or adapting an existing one. The first step in developing a computer project is to carry out an analysis. The first phase of this analysis should include all the functions and features necessary for the system that we want to design.

The requirement analysis will allow us to make a more detailed economic estimate of the size of the project and go on, if necessary, with the subsequent phases of the development process.

3. Making a comparison of the products found and proposing all the possible alternatives.

4. In the case that no product complies with the specifications, estimating the cost of developing the product or its adaptation.
